    Rebooting/restarting your router/wifi sometimes convinces them to reconnect.

    I removed then reinstalled each bulb from the app. The problem is that if you are away from your home WiFi like I was then you can’t reset the router and the bulbs stay lit. My WiFi plugs rebooted without a problem.

    I think the problem is with the product. Maybe there is some issue with the program that turns the bulb on or off. I recommend you opt for an exchange for new one by contacting the shop for replacement. internet providers
