    TL-MR3040 V2.1 Won't Reset

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    Was very excited to find a used TL-3040 but it won't reset. The modem is fully charged and I've tried every combination of switch position, 30-30-30, etc while pushing the reset button, but using ipconfig /all on Windows 7 the user-set IP address remains. Any suggestions how to reset this, or is it just E-waste?

    Try to press reset button for 15s to hard reset it.
    Or can you login to the web UI?
    If yes, you may login to the web UI to reset it.

    That's the problem, there is a password on the web UI which is why I am trying to reset it.
