    i have this connection error too (NC450), but only via TP-Link Cloud.
    No Internet connection available. Please check your network.

    When i login via DynDNS / Webhost it works fine!
    Even it works fine in my homenetwork via internal IP-adress.
    My internet is fine, i have DSL 50 and the cam is near to the router

    so this error must be caused by TP-Link Cloud / Software.
