    Unhappy TL-WPS510U / Epson not showing ink levels or paper jams anymore

    Hardware Version : 6.0

    Firmware Version : 9.08.55T 0008 (2016/02/22 14:38:44)

    ISP : N/A

    Hi there. This is my first post here.
    I installed a TL-WPS510U on my printer Epson T1110 and now it doesn't show anymore the ink levels or if there is a paper jam.
    The bidirectional communication and SNMP are already enabled under configurations.
    What am I doing wrong? Don't know what else I could do.

    1. check the “LPR Byte Counting Enabled, http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-671.html
    2. check your printer settings.
    3. if it worked fine before, reboot the printer and print server, or reconfigure it.

    Thanks for your reply. The LPR Byte Counting was disabled, but even enabling, it doesn't work. I followed the whole tutorial.
    I also completely disabled my firewall and... nothing.
    Any other suggestions? The ink and paper jam is a very important feature.
