    Remote wont connect to network and Alexa

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    I am unable to get Remote access to work which also affects connecting to Alexa. It is saying it is local only for the HS110. When I use the slide button it tells me it is not connected to the internet, even though I have connected it. then it runs through and turns the light I have connected off and on. I then see it says cannot connect try again later.

    do you have a cloud account? make sure you do. Then try a firmware upgrade.

    if that doesn't work, make sure your router firewall is off and open port 50443 and 9999.
