Thread: No PoE

  1. #1

    No PoE

    Model : CPE210

    Hardware Version : 2.0

    Firmware Version : latest

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    Hi,
i recently installed a CPE210 antenna and everything was working fine for a few days. Suddenly, the antenna went offline since there is no more power received from the passive PoE adapter. I tried to change my RJ45 cat5e cable. No success. I have reset the antenna and the adapter, no success.. I disconnected everything for a while then reconnected, no success at all.

The green light of the adapter is blinking continuously.

Maybe the adapter is already dead ????

    Please, help...

    Many thanks,

    Bernard

    it's possible...

To discard this you could try connecting another PoE adapter, or check with a multitester the output voltage with a cable tail connected to the port marked with PoE of the adapter, in the wire pairs blue / white-blue is positive and brown / white-brown is negative, read voltage must be 24V ...
