    TL-PA8010P KIT (V1.0) device turns off

    Hello everybody!

    I got two TL-PA8010P devices to get my internet connection into another room.
    I installed it and tested the capacity and the ping and was amazed by the results.
    Everything worked for about 3 weeks now without any problems, until yesterday.

    When one of the devices just shut down. It's the device attached to the computer, not the router. The energy still works, but the network doesn't.
    All the lights are off on the device and pressing the button for 15 s for a reconnect won't work.
    If I take the time to shut down everything on the energy line, detach and re-attach the device to the wall socket it automatically starts up and connects again.
    I can restart the computer and everything else and it works again, but today it just shut down again.
    Is this a known issue?

    Is the device broken?

    The same problem occured twice since my first post.
