    R600VPN v2 - VPN. What am I doing wrong?

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

I've been spinning out on setting up the VPN on this router. I just need employees to be able to access their network drives. I'm not doing site to site. I've downloaded every document and looked up every video tutorial I can find and I've gotten nowhere. What am I doing wrong?

It never connects no matter what settings I put. It just does this:

20170430 22:02:30:611 Default (SA Gateway-P1) SEND phase 1 Main Mode [SA] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID]
20170430 22:02:35:479 Default (SA Gateway-P1) SEND phase 1 Main Mode [SA] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID]
20170430 22:02:40:480 Default (SA Gateway-P1) SEND phase 1 Main Mode [SA] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID]
20170430 22:02:45:481 Default (SA Gateway-P1) SEND phase 1 Main Mode [SA] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID]
20170430 22:02:50:483 Default (SA Gateway-P1) SEND phase 1 Main Mode [SA] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID]
20170430 22:02:55:485 Default (SA Gateway-P1) SEND phase 1 Main Mode [SA] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID]
    20170430 22:02:55:485 Default transport_send_messages: giving up on message 012369F0

I've also tried PPTP and that never connects either.

Under remote subnet, you have a subnet mask. Need the LAN subnet at the other end of the VPN.
