    Good morning technical support.

    This is the message in the APP of my smartphone (iphone 5S)

    "Your device may be powered off or out of network range."

    At first it worked well,

    A few weeks ago it does not allow remote control.

    What can be done?

    You have tried to reset the smartplug by pressing the button for ~ 10sec ?

    Good Morning,
    Yes, I have performed an operation.
    This weekend will be reinvent. The device is in a house 100 km. I use the device to turn the heating on and off.
