I already own an NC250 camera and I just bought an NC220 to add to my network. I followed all of the instructions and updated the camera's firmware to the current version and got it added to my cloud account. While I was steaming the camera through the app, it suddenly went off-line and nothing short of hard-wiring it to my router will bring it back up. However, while "off-line" I can still connect to the camera through my local network via a browser and and view the camera that way.

It seems that the problem is that the camera refuses to connect to the cloud. I have already tried resetting my router and my camera multiple times to no avail. Is there a fix for this or do I simply need to return this?
