I teach online and for the past two months having a lot of freezes on my lessons. My server provider ran Ping and traceroute test on numerous occasions, and claim there is problem with my connection, If I run the Traceroute test through my router (under system tools/diagnostic ) every test reads " Request Time Out", If I do the Traceroute via DOS prompt C:\ , the test runs fine and I DON'T have "Time Out Request" . Can my router be causing my packet losses while teaching?
