    HS100 connected but no output power

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    My HS100 smart plug is connected, all green, connected to wi-fi but there is no output power.
    I can switch on/off by pressing the button or through KASA app, and I can hear it switching inside but there is no power coming out to plugged in device.
    It was ok for a first few days but not any more.
    Is it busted and need to replace or can this be fixed?

    I have exactly the same problem: no output power!
    I just received the HS100 and it has not worked at all. Configuration is fine, I can control the plug with kasa but it's useless.
    Have you been able to fix it? Did you have to replace the plug?
