We have a TP-Link Archer AC1750.

This box is connected to a wired Ethernet, and then provides private wifi on both 2.4 and 5 GHz. Two users also have wired connections to the router.

It regularly disconnects from both wired and wireless connection. Is simply ceases to route. The wired connections cannot connect to the router to diagnose the problem. The only way to handle this is to reboot (power reset) the router.

I have upgraded to the latest firmware.

We are running DHCP.

Any suggestions before we return this as not fit for purpose?
