Problem with 3G/4G connection on device connected to MR6400

I have just purchased my MR6400 3G/4G Router.
I can connect to the internet from the router without any trouble.
It is able to ping google.com etc from the Web administration interface no problems.
The issue is that devices connected to the router either via wireless or via cable connection can not see the internet.
Any suggestions ?
Hi, maybe you have added your devices in black list or set access control for them. I think you should reset your MR6400 and try again.
Please do that on the computer
ping 22.214.171.124 in cmd if you have Windows OS and after that please show us results.
