TL-SG1016D - Troubles with VPN

have you experienced troubles with VPN, when TL-SG1016D is in its way?
My VPN from home to company's site is falling down/ getting disconnected from time to time, once I am connected through TL-SG1016D. When I connect my workstation directly to network by router (without this switch in its way) or by cell phone's router functionality, everything is just fine.
Because this switch is unmanageable, I am not sure, how to solve it?

No, never. The TL-SG1016D is only an unmanaged switch as you said. Please contact the TP-LINK support directly.
