NC200 camera - "connection error" in TPLINK camera control

I I've got 4 NC200 cloud cameras. The 2 of them are wired connected and the other 2 are wireless connected. I use the TPLINK Camera Control for windows and the wired connected cameras are working good enough with some "connection errors" but after some seconds are reconnected. The problem is with the wireless connected cameras. If the the message "connection error" appears they dont reconnect until I unplug and replug the power. I had the same problem before firmware update and after the latest firmware update
I too having the same issue with this camera, even with the wired connection. I dont get any feed from it.
restart the remote control software for a try, it may be caused by OOM.
I think it will be better with the third-party monitoring software like iSpy.
