RE450 Checksum Error During Firmware Upgrade
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP : [/COLOR]
Not sure what I am doing wrong... Any suggestions? Get the same error using both of the files on the server.
I have a dual band router (AT&T supplied) and the extender does not seem to be giving me the speed I expected. I have a gigabit internet connection and can manage only 230/230 speed tests on the extender. Prior to installing the extender, the router by itself gives me 600/600 from my office. The extender is in place about 5 feet from my office to boost the signals in the bedrooms down the hall. To be clear... I am not unhappy with the 230/230 speed, most people would be very happy with that, just want to get the performance I am paying for.
Checksum error? Do you have screenshot of that?
Had all kinds of problems connecting devices, etc., so I returned it.
I'm having the same problem. Currently running build 20150626 Rel. 36039. Downloaded re450_usa-up-ver1-0-0-P1[20150803-rel62349].bin but when I try to upgrade I get Checksum Error.
any update? i'm having the same problem.
Try this url for US firmware version of RE450
I have the same problem -- all of the firmware versions on this link give a checksum error when I try to install on the device:
However, at the link arnold posted, I can install that without issue:
I am in the US. Perhaps the issue is that my RE450 is a US device and the firmware at the first link (.com) is not for US devices?
Same problem here:
