    I think the speed of the Internet connection in the place where the camera is installed is not sufficient enough to provide correct work of the device. Please try to lower the resolution of the camera (try to choose the lowest possible resolution), as Primary and Secondary DNS Addresses please use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

    I solved the problem by reducing the resolution. I don’t understand why I had to do this. I have a 100 Mo connexion…

    Hi, I've just got the NC200, but I'm finding that frequently when I try to access it, I get the message that the camera has gone offline.

    Turning the router off, then on again, resolves the situation, but obviously I can't do this when I'm away from home.

    Is there anything I can do to prevent the camera going offline so often?

    I found that for example, in my case, the problem was that i had installed a wifi extender.....tp link....when i turn it off.....proble, solved.....never more had the problem with the cammera going off line

    same problem

    nc250 nc210, goes offline all the time, works fine for some time, and then goes offline, very bad very bad, a lot of money for nothing

    Some problem nc220 wired network, with tplink router

    Some problem nc220 wired network, with tplink router, i tried by wifi, wired, with two different routers. The network works properly and the cameras are storing the streaming in my server but it goes offline randomly.

    I need a fix urgently.

    Same problem here, bought the NC210 and installed everything within 5 minutes.
    At first i was happy, everything went smooth and the immage was clear.

    Withing a few hours my led was blinking red and i tried to acces te cam with the app but it was offline....

    I preformed a reset and within a few hours it was offline again....
    Now i went to get my old router and set it up, you can guess what hapend.... offline....

    I'm going to send it back to the store where i bought it...
    Why does Tp-link still sells this item if its broken for over a year?

    This cam sucks....
