    Smart Switch not connecting to internet

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    Product: TL-SG105E
    Region: USA

    I followed the instructions of the user guide but still am unable to connect to internet. I am getting a Local Area Connection to an Unidentified Network. I tried to make sure the static IP of the PC and the switch was not the same, but still on the same subset as the router. The light on the switch is flashing green.
