    Archer C7 Randomly freezing up

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    Problems started in last two weeks. In an attempt to remedy we have installed latest 2018 firmware. It has not solved the problem.
    Speedtests on Google (MLAB) vs Speedtest.net are so different. Wired speed is more than 100MBPS, and wirelss speeds are sometime in single digit e.g 5MBPS.
    Disconnected Google chromecast completely. Remainig are laptops, iPhone, video cameras, Roku. Roku loses it's internet connect every other day as well. All started in last two weeks. Not sure if this router is failing or not. Wired connection is super powerful, when we bypass the Archer C7 router.
    Please help.

    you can contact tplink support hope they can help you

    I have the same problem with a C8 :-(

    rebooting the router fixes it.
