    Post App not recognising nc220/////set up issues

    Any help please? I have just connected new NC220 to network and green lihjt shows but app insists on saying cant find camera, i have clicked for correct model. thank you

    Plug the cam into the router with the ethenet lead reset the cam by pressing the wps button on the back of the device user a separate email address press the wps button onto your our router and try that

    did that, no fix.

    Make sure the cam has solid green light. Otherwise change cable, check your router. And verify the wireless network your phone is on. Another way to set up is to use the camera's IP address (can be found on the router) to access admin interface of the cam and install it. Then check if you can see it on the app.
