    "Remote Control Disabled" message

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    I successfully downloaded the iPhone app and enabled remote control of a L100 Smart Bulb. It works fine as long as I am at home connected to my own wi-fi network. However, when I am elsewhere and connected to another network or using data I cannot control the bulb but get the following message instead...

    "Remote Control Disabled
    You can enable Remote Control when you're connected to your home wi-fi.

    However, I cannot seem to get it to work despite numerous attempts.

    Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Has better contact support. I met similar problem on remote control but not this message. TP-Link support help me to unbind the account then I reconfigre the device, all working.
