    Can't connect to the internet

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    I just bought a new tl-mr3420 router and everything seems to be working perfect but is not connecting to the internet on a 3G dongle modem.
    The dongle product is VIVO made in china, model no. MF710 hsdpa
    please any help will be appreciated. Thanks all

    Hi,
    You can check if your dongle in the compatibility list or not.

    If not, then they may have compatibility issue. But you still can try update the firmware of the router, make sure the APN etc information are correct from your SIM card provider.
