Can someone suggest How to connect a TL-SG5428 TP-Link JetStream 24 Port to the internet using a Internet provider's router and What port to use.

Hi dude, the switch is a L2 device. You can just connect it to your provider's Router and config the System IP. Remember to set the default gateway as your router's IP. If you need other advanced feature, you can refer to the UG.
BTW, this block is for unmanaged switch, your device is a managed one.
