    Trouble to connect internet trough deco

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    I have often problem to connect to internet trough Deco.
    The devices are connected to Deco, showing full range, but not reach internet. If i try a speed test, showing full speed.
    The system are build up by 6 deco in same network.

    The problem shows more often with smartphones / tables than computers

    suggestions?

    You can try below steps.
    Upgrade the deco app and deco devices to the latest version.
    Change the DNS server of deco to 8.8.8.8.
    Only connect one deco to the modem or the main router.
    Turn off guest network to rest. Test each deco one by one to locate which one has the issue.
