    outdoor wireless network

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

I am wanting to setup two internet access points from my home..... my shop is 300 yards from my home and my new grain elevators are 350 yards from my home.... at my home, I have a new fiber line installed and my ISP has provided my router. I would like to install a radio antenna at my house and be able to have internet at my shop and also at the grain elevator..... the grain elevator has an option for remote viewing in its application...... I was looking on Amazon at the TP-Link High Power Outdoor Wireless N150 Access Point, 5GHz 150Mbps, WISP/AP Router/AP, 15dBi antenna, Passive POE (TL-WA7510N) but was not sure exactly needed to purchase. I have clear line o sight with no obstructions. I am an IT but on shaky ground with this problem. thanks for any helpful information

If you have fiber, I would recommend Pharos CPEs (CPE510 or WBS510 with external antenna), which are the successors of TL-WA7x10. See http://www.tp-link.com/us/products/d...37_CPE510.html

    That's right.

Yes. they come with mounting brackets.

CPE supports 24V passive PoE supporting up to 60 meter (200 feet) Power over Ethernet deployment. You need to make sure there are available power resources for all CPEs.

Only external antennas used with WBS510 have mounting brackets. The CPEs are mounted on an antenna pole using UV-persistent cable ties included in the box. Also, adapters for 24 volts passive PoE are included.

See the installation guide, it answers all your questions and even gives valuable tips about best deployment practice:
