    NC220 - Cloud Server Connection Status: Disconnected

    Cloud Server Connection Status: Disconnected

    I have 2 cameras at my office.
    One works fine.
    The other after some days is disconnected from the cloud and can not reconnect.
    I had to delete the camera from the app, restart it and add it again.
    I don't want to do it again.
    The camere continued recording to the computer, I watched from the computer but wasnt able to view it from the mobile in a different network.
    Does anybody know how to reconnect to the cloud without restarting the camera?

    I have to leave the office for many days and wont be able to do it again.
    Sorry for my english and hope you can help me.

    did you check the firmware is up to date or not? Or mayvbe swap the 2 cameras to see if there's any difference
