    Smart Plug always turning off.

    Model :

    Hardware Version :

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

    So after less then a day the plug is always turning off. Also can no longer connect to it and the reset button doesn't work and I can't pick up the wireless Signal from it even though.

    Are these things really sensitive to power surges?

    the plug turns off by itself? is there any led light up on the plug then? how about unplug it and unplug it back in?
