    For whatever reason today, my TPNC230 smartphone application wants me to add a new camera. How do I get out of adding a new camera and back to viewing my video?

    Do you have the same message on the other phone? Log into your account from a web browser by https://www.tplinkcloud.com/ to check if your camera is still workig properly there.

    TP Link Camera on smartphone

    Thank you Kevin. I logged out and logged back in and the cameras came back up immediately. The problem may have been a software update to my phone a couple of days ago. Anyway all is good now.
