    TL-PA4020 KIT AV500 and TL-PA4010PKIT compatibility

    Model : TL-PA4020PKIT

    Hardware Version : Not Clear

    Firmware Version :

    ISP : [/COLOR]

About a year ago bought TL-PA4020 KIT and now I've purchased new TV and need ethernet cable for it. So I bought TL-PA4010PKIT so I could connect my new TV. I've tried everything, but I just can't connect these two devices.

I've searched that these two units must work together. Quote "P-LINK AV200,AV500,AV600 powerline adapters adopte HomePlug AV Standard, so they are compatible with each other,AV1200 adopt HomePlug AV2,that is also backward compatible with HomePlug AV standard, which means TP-LINK AV200,AV500,AV600,AV1200 are all compatible with each other"

Accordingt to this INFO these units should connect with no problems, but still can't get them to work.

Maybe someone could help me with this problem?

For now I have TL-PA4020 KIT AV500 which is connected to router and other device is connected to one TV. Also bought TL-PA4010PKIT, but cant connect or pair these devices.

    Thank you.

I guess you have pushed the button to pair them. How about add the new ones with utility http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1615.html
