    Question Problem after reset 1 week old range extender

    Hii all,

    1 week ago I bought a new range extender. It is the TL-WA850RE.
    But sometimes i cant connect to the network or it takes a long time to connect, so I logged in to the web control page and used the factory reset.

    After the reset I try doesn't see a wifi network with I can connect and install also if I use the ethernet cable I cant connect to http://tplinkrepeater.net or
    If I open cmd and ipconfig it saids that the default gateway is but is doesn't work.

    I tryed to reset it again but it make no sense, someone know how to fix this problem?

    How about the lights on it? Is the wireless light on or flashing?
    When you reset it by reset hole on the device, did you see all the lights come on and off?
    Can try different web browsers, clear the cache, turn off the firewall or anti-virus program on your PC. Or change another PC to log in.
